Ourstory

Peppercorn’s Grill is owned and operated by the Cialfi brothers, Sal and Dino. They purchased Peppercorn's Grill in 1989 after training with their uncle and owning their own restaurant in Rome.

Dino has always had a passion for cooking. By the tender age of 7 he was cooking dinner for his family. Dino adds an elegant flare to the traditional methods he learned from his mother.
